Registration for ERS2018

You can register for ERS2018 by sending an email to the registration desk at ERS2018.SBE@vu.nl with a copy to sander.de.leeuw@vu.nl

Please bear in mind that your registration will only become valid after payment of the conference fee. 

You can pay the conference fee through the following link (click on 'tickets' to pay the conference fee):

Please make sure that the name as well as the email address that you fill out during checkout match the name and address of the registrant so that we can identify for who conference fee payments have been made. Also make sure to tick the box that you want tø have a confirmation via email. This will be the ticket for the event. If you need more details in your invoice please contact the local organzing committee.

If you wish to pay for your spouse please contact the organising committee. If one person has paid for multiple persons please indicate via email to the above addresses for who the fees have been paid.

You can pay using different methods, including credit card and bank transfer/Ideal. Please note that your full payment needs to be received at the time of the start of the conference. There will be a terminal at the conference site where you can pay using the same link as above.
