The 2018 European Resaerch Seminar is taking place at World Trade Center, in Rotterdam the Netherlands from May 17-18 2018. The European Research Seminar is an annual meeting connected to the European Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, bringing together a large community of researchers and practitioners interested in supply chain management. The call for papers can be downloaded here.

As outlined in the call for papers, ERS is connected to both Journal of Business Logistics and to International Journal of Logistics Management. Attendees have the possibility to submit their papers for review and possible publication to these journals. The conference is open to high quality methodological contributions, relevant real-world applications, and case studies from industry and the services sector. 

• March 9, 2018: submission deadline work in progress papers and discussion topics
• March 19, 2018: notification of incorporation in review process JBL/IJLM + presentation ERS
• March 26, 2018: notification of acceptance for presentation work in progress papers
• April 23, 2018: written feedback to authors for work in progress papers
• NOW: opening of conference registration
• May 4 - deadline for registration for the conference and conference fee payment
• May 17-18, 2018: conference

• registration fee conference participant: 250 EURO
• registration fee spouse: 125 EURO (covering dinner Thursday only)

Registration fees (regular and spouse) include a Rotterdam transport card for free public transport in Rotterdam
